But as of today, I plan on getting back on track.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today I start my 3 day fast. I plan on doing this for the next month. I am going to fast for 3 days and then eat for 2 days. Fast for 3 days and then eat for 2 days. The people who I thought were my best friends, are apparently not. I've cried my eyes out. I've become depressed, but it seems I can't even talk to my "best" friends. I suddenly feel myself drowning in tears. My head hurts. My heart aches. And I feel like I am spiraling down into the black hole again.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It started with a girl named Brittany. My friends and I use to have this problem with her. It's a long complicated story I just don't even feel like getting into. Anyway, a few months ago, Brittany and I made ammends with each other and decided to let bygones be bygones and in the past few weeks, we have grown together and have talked more. My friends are mad at me because of this. Because they still have a problem with her.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have decided to put my past in the past. What happened, happened. What was said, was said. There is no taking it back or changing it. I have decided to re-builed that bridge that was burned between Brittany and myself. My friends have had problems in the past as well with her and their bridge has not began being built back up and it may never. But what happened between Brittany and them is their thing. Just because Brittany and them have not decided to build a bridge between the problems, doesn't mean I can't. One of my resolutions this year was to be more Christ-like and I believe I am. I prayed for a very long time about the problems between Brittany and myself and I believe that God finally answered my prayers.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But just because I am friends with someone they don't like, doesn't mean they have to be mad at me. I don't talk to Brittany about them and I don't talk to them about Brittany. It's like two totally separate worlds. What is between me and Brittany is between me a Brittany and what is between them and Brittany is between them and Brittany. I've actually learned that she is a nice girl and my opinions are my opinions. They are friends with people I don't like (I won't mention any names) but I am not mad at them because of it. I am an adult and I can make my own decisions on who I want to be friends with. I am not telling them they have to forgive me, but I am asking it, but I am also saying that I am not going to stop talking to Brittany because of this. If they can't accept that I am smart enough to make the right choices of who I want to be friends with, or talk to, or whatever, maybe it's not worth it. Maybe they weren't really my friends. But, I love them, and I will always love them, even if I don't have the love in return anymore.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I don't think I've ever been more hurt in my entire life. I guess I should restock my meds. I haven't taken them in days and I am sure that this situation isn't helping. But don't worry, I am not going to revert to my "old ways". I have my daughter. Maybe the only reason I have worth living for, but still, a reason.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And to this, in tears, I say goodbye MySpace. Goodbye Xanga. Goodbye Blogger. The internet life is addicting and stupid. It was there, in my freezer, I blame it on Jasmine for leaving it at my house. But well, at least it's gone and no longer there telling me to eat it. Yes, I swear it was saying "Jessi...eat me! I taste so good!" I finally caved. Bad. Yes very, very, very, very bad. So I am not going to eat today to make up for that extra 700 calories I ate last night!!! AGH! Anyhow, Maria (my other PT) told me to work on the elliptical machine more to lose my thighs. I also found out yesterday from my dietitian that she is entering me in the running for the New York trip and make-over. If I lose my weight they will send me to New York for a make-over. She said it's only for people who want to lose an extreme amount of weight (100lbs +) and she said if I keep up what I am doing, I can reach my goal by July! I'm so excited. Now I have even more motivation!!! I also had 2 cups too much of dairy products. Grr. My dietitian also said I have to give up the chicken cordon blue, unless I had make them. Today, I am going to be good. I brought my own lunch from home (a Boca burger, whole wheat bun, and Activia yogurt). I am also going to only drink water today. I get weighed again tonight with the dietitian. I also didn't get to exercise much this week with all the things going on. I did what I could, which wasn't enough. Blah. I've got to get into it!!! I need motivation! I have an appointment with my dietitian at 6:15 tonight, so I will be weighing in. But from what I have weighed myself today, I have lost 2 more pounds. Though, it's probably from not eating much! I got in the tanning bed, talked to my dietitian and went home. I ended up running a fever just over 101. I threw up my lunch (so there goes those calories). Anyhow, I just felt awful. I really wanted to do the cardio striptease class last night, but Angie (my PT and the teacher of the class) suggested against it. But this morning, I am feeling better. I have a touch of diarrhea, and the thought of food makes my stomach turn (so I haven't ate yet today...may have some toast later), but other than that, I do feel better. I plan on going back to the gym tonight. Probably just going to tan, do abs class, and pilates though. I'm going to have to figure out a better way to add it to something. I also have a little bit of chocolate whey protein powder. It's alright in milk. So, this is my goal for the next week. By the way, I lost another pound!! Did extra on the stationary bike because I ate the sandwich...but we were out and in a hurry. Anyway, I lost 8lbs! Woohoo! And that was with my clothes and shoes on!! I missed the Total Body Fusion class yesterday morning because I had to go to my Stampin' Up Club meeting. So, since I knew the childcare closed at 1pm, I got a sitter. I drove all the way over to the gym, go up to the front door to see that they closed at 2pm. It was 2:05pm. The paper I had said they were open until 6pm, but well, apparently the paper was wrong! Grr! I was so mad! So, since I had a sitter, I went and cleaned my car out. It really needed it anyway. I said to myself, "Well, I guess I will just do some working out tonight while Amelie is asleep." But I ended up going to my Mom's and we went to Wal-Mart and I didn't get home until about 9pm and I updated this blogger because if I went any longer not posting, I would have forgotten what I did. Then I laid down with Amelie and fell asleep. Ugh. I have church this morning, but I really plan on getting some heavy house work done today. I can't make it to the gym because I will have Myleigh for the hours they are open today. So I am going to try my hardest to workout during nap and/or while Amelie is asleep tonight. Ugh. BTW, yesterday was the first day I missed the gym in 11 days. I haven't posted today's because I haven't finished the day yet, so it will probably be posted some time tomorrow.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Day 10&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ate:&lt;br /&gt;One whole wheat Eggo waffle&lt;br /&gt;1 sandwich on whole wheat bread (Health Nut), 2 slices of fat free turkey, 1 slice of Provolone cheese&lt;br /&gt;2 chicken nuggets&lt;br /&gt;1 turkey burger with fat free mozzarella cheese on whole wheat bun with ketchup and mustard&lt;br /&gt;20 baked french fries&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Drank:&lt;br /&gt;4 cups of 2% milk&lt;br /&gt;2 cups of sweet tea&lt;br /&gt;Lots of water&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Exercise:&lt;br /&gt;30 minutes of Abs class&lt;br /&gt;1.5 miles on the stationary bike&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Other:&lt;br /&gt;10 minutes in the tanning bed&lt;br /&gt;20 minutes in the sauna&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Day 11&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ate:&lt;br /&gt;90 calories Kellogg's bar&lt;br /&gt;1 bread stick&lt;br /&gt;1 grilled chicken salad from Po Folks w/ranch dressing&lt;br /&gt;1 grilled chicken salad from McDonald's w/ranch dressing&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Drank:&lt;br /&gt;2 cups of 2% milk&lt;br /&gt;Lots of water&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Exercise:&lt;br /&gt;1 hr Jazzerball class&lt;br /&gt;3 sets of 20 of outer thigh workout&lt;br /&gt;3 set of 20 calf workout&lt;br /&gt;3 sets of 20 of inner thigh workout&lt;br /&gt;3 set of 20 of chest workout&lt;br /&gt;3 set of lower back workout&lt;br /&gt;3 sets of 20 glutes workout&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Other:&lt;br /&gt;10 minutes in the tanning bed&lt;br /&gt;10 minutes in the sauna&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Don't think I did too bad. I shouldn't have eaten that chocolate stick (it was kinda yuck anyway...I won't have another) and I shouldn't have had that piece of KFC. Other than that it wasn't so bad. I should really cut back on my intake of tea, though.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I also met with my PT. She told me that as of now, I have to give up hot dogs, hamburgers, pizza, and fried foods. Sounds easy, right? Erg. I love pizza.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I've also decided to start a new diet as of Sunday. Why not today or tomorrow? Because I have to go grocery shopping to start the diet. It's going to be a mostly liquid diet. I am going to be eating only smoothies, low fat/fat free yogurt, Jell-O, milk (only 2 cups a day), and water. Then, if I do go out to eat, I am only having a salad.  I have decided if I keep this up, I can reach my goal weight by August or September. I will be getting all my necessary nutrients from this because of the things in the smoothie. Wish me luck and keep me in your prayers that I don't give into temptation. Anyhow, I am going back to work today and Amelie and Sarah-Kate's ballet class starts again today...so I will get some exercise in that too. Then I have an abs class at 4pm. I am going to fucking kill myself if Erik doesn't do it first after reading this blog. I am so ashamed of myself. Yesterday was going really well...until last night.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My friends and I had a girls night in. Yeah, I should have not drank. I know there are a lot of calories in alcohol. I was bad. I put down two drinking glasses of margaritas, 3 drinking glasses of rum and coke (and it wasn't even fucking diet), and probably about a total of six random shots...not to forget to mention that when I was totally wasted I started drinking rum straight from the fucking bottle!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;No wait, it gets worse.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I had 6 slices of fucking cheese pizza. Thanks a lot Eva!! You and your stupid credit cards. Hah. No, I am not going to blame someone else for this...it was all me.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Other than that shit, which by the way, I am totally feeling this morning, here is how my day went.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ate:&lt;br /&gt;1 cup of low fat vanilla yogurt with fresh blueberries&lt;br /&gt;1/2 a banana&lt;br /&gt;5 baked chicken nuggets&lt;br /&gt;1 chicken spicy wing&lt;br /&gt;a handful of corn chips with salsa&lt;br /&gt;2 small burritos with ground turkey&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup of fat free mozzarella cheese&lt;br /&gt;1 tablespoon of fat free sour cream&lt;br /&gt;1 table spoon of fat free refried beans&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Drank:&lt;br /&gt;2 cups of 2% milk&lt;br /&gt;2 cups of sweet tea&lt;br /&gt;2 cups smoothie (1 banana, 1 cup of vanilla yogurt, a splash of OJ, and a splash of POM)&lt;br /&gt;Lots of water&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Exercise:&lt;br /&gt;30 minutes of Step class&lt;br /&gt;30 minutes of Abs class&lt;br /&gt;20 minutes of Toning class&lt;br /&gt;100 crunches&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I feel awful today (and still slight drunk). I also should have worked harder at the gym, but Jasmine injured her knee, so she couldn't do leg work outs today. We didn't do arm work outs because we just did them yesterday. Erg. I think I did a pretty good job yesterday for the first day. Here is what I did:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ate:&lt;br /&gt;1 chipotle barbecue grilled snack wrap&lt;br /&gt;5 slices of turkey bacon&lt;br /&gt;3 pieces of toast with light margarine (out of wheat bread so it was white...bad, I know)&lt;br /&gt;2 eggs&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Drank:&lt;br /&gt;4 cups of tea&lt;br /&gt;2 cups of 2% milk&lt;br /&gt;.5 cups of crystal light&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Exercise:&lt;br /&gt;1 mile spinning/cardio&lt;br /&gt;3 sets of 20 upper arm&lt;br /&gt;3 sets of 20 lower arm&lt;br /&gt;3 sets of 20 chest&lt;br /&gt;2 sets of 20 lower back&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Other:&lt;br /&gt;10 minutes in the sauna&lt;br /&gt;10 minutes in the tanning bed&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I know it wasn't great, but it was my first day and I wasn't very organized. I probably won't be today either, but I am going to do my best to be more organized tomorrow. I finally found my schedule so I will be using that as of tomorrow.
